KoolSink Returns Policy

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if you are unhappy with your KoolSink®, simply return it to us by regular mail in its original condition within 21 days from date of order. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it.

There are two circumstances under which we also refund shipping costs of returns:

1. The KoolSink® arrived damaged.
2. The KoolSink® was not the model ordered.

For these, PDP Designs will pay and reimburse all delivery charges. You will be required to notify us of the circumstances and return the KoolSink® to us.

For simple 'change of mind' situations, PDP Designs will gladly refund the purchase price of your KoolSink®, provided that it is returned to us in a resalable condition.  For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned KoolSink®. You can expect a refund, within 7 days of our receiving your return, in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase.

Packing and Returning your KoolSink®

Pack the KoolSink® securely in a box. You can use the box it arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
Send the package by regular mail to the address below:

On the outside of the package or customs label clearly print:

"Canadian Goods Returned - Tariff Classification: 8473.30.90.00"

Please include your e-mail and return address so that we can notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund or shipped your replacement KoolSink.

As a precautionary measure, thoroughly inspect the KoolSink®package before accepting it from the mail carrier. Occasionally a KoolSink® will be damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box, do not accept delivery of the package and send us an e-mail explaining the situation.  As soon as the package has been returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
